4. SMS Terms and Conditions
   
   Program: Newton Creative sends game-day coordination text messages to coaches, athletic staff and contracted videographers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them. Messages include game confirmations, schedule changes, footage and delivery reminders, and staffing requests. Messages come from (865) 351-2035.
   
   Frequency: message frequency varies with your game schedule, typically 1-10 messages per week in season.Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
   
   Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from Newton Creative. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again by replying START.
   
   Help: reply HELP to any message, or email cj@newtoncreative.co, for assistance.
   
   Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
